Financial fraud over a service and possibly lying about a case

I recently tried to pay for a call girl service but the man providing it took 30000 rupees from me and never delivered it and blocked me. I lodged a police complaint under the reason of a deal gone wrong over a laptop on Flipkart. What should I do

Well, you can recover this money, I can assist you in this, for this, you need to lodge a Police Complaint and get this complaint converted into a FIR, after lodging of FIR, Police will order the concerned Bank to freeze the account of the fake Service Provider who duped you in the name of providing Call Girl Services!
