Financial fraud in housing society

For the last 3 years, the secretary of our housing society has been done arbitrarily corruption
Then by filing a Complaint to Registrar of Society, get him removed from his post. Else Dissolve the Society and form a new Society with the permission of the Society Registrar or else appoint Administrator for six months to run affairs of Housing Society
