Financial fraud from bank & few people House is about to be auctioned

A person named Dinesh kumar sharma is a fraud and he has cheated my old retired parents with the help of bank employees took 62 lacs cash and took a loan on their house he has taken many more loans from the same bank Requested the bank to send the case to CBI but no action was taken by the bank we filed an FIR against Dinesh and the bank and the a case is taken to DRT court but the bank is keen on auctioning my parents property. I recently received another sale notice and the auction is dated 26th February 2019.What should I do to save my house and get the money back.please help

you should contest the matter before Debt recovery Tribunal where you my file as well as you may approach High Court where you for more clarity you may contact us regards Advocate Anurag Bhatt Allahabad High Court
