Financial Fraud by fraudulent making of credit card in my name

Somebody(close relative) has fraudulently taken a credit card in my name using my documents and signature, But the credit card is never physically verified by me nor received by me and never used by me. Now I am getting calls from bank to pay the amount which is Rs 1 lac ? I have never taken any credit card before and i suspect one of my close relative in this case What shall i do as bank persons call me for this.

Sir.. It is advisable to contact police regarding this as it seems to be the case of forgery.. Also if there is a fault of bank regarding issuing credit card, then you can write directly to RBI regarding this.

You should immediately inform the incident to concerned police station. In fact if you will delay the matter then financial liability may be imposed on you. Hence, it is advised to lodge the first information report as well as inform the bank also in written.
