Financial fraud and cheating. Fake Transport carrier

I had contacted Aggarwal Transport (it turned out to be fake)for transportation of my car from Mumbai to Bangalore. He gave me a quote of 38 and I paid his UPI Id (agarwaltransportgroup@okaxis). The car was picked on 29 June from my residence saying that it will be loaded to container . However even after 5 days the car was not loaded , it was parked in a shopping mall. After 5 days he sent the keys to home along with parking slip saying pick the car. Now he is not picking up phone for refund.

Well, you can lodge a FIR against this Service Provider as per the new Criminal Laws which has arrived in force in India. You can lodge a case of Cheating against this Service Provider as per the Cheating Section of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
