Financial Dispute with a friend

In January 2023, I have provided 1 lac rupees in cash to my friend without any collateral guarantee or Cheque. He had promised me to give the amount of 1 lac back within 3 months, however, he is denying to give it back now and there is no proper evidence like Whatsapp chat or document to prove. Please suggest what action should i take against him in order to recover my money?

If he’s not listening to you then you can serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as i can see your issue is recovery of loan which you have given as friendly loan . yes your loan can recovered from the person to whom you have given for loan . but the only way is way to recover your money is the recovery through court tht is the only process

You need to hire expert advocate to recover your amount by filing suit for recovery in the jurisdiction where respondent stays, work or where the cause of action was arose ! Plus there would b expenses of approx 1% on Recovery amount and advocate’s fee Plz b in touch

if there are no evidence as such then the legal procedure will not help you in getting your money back. the only way now is to request your friend to refund your amount. Recovery of amount now can be done verbally by requesting him
