Filling of complaint of missing person after 15 years

My father got missing in 2007 , my mom then tried to file complaint but due to restrains from police and demand of money she was unable to file compalint. Now in every matter of mom like property, pension they demands father's missing report what can I do now?
You may file DDR of lost of some document in which you say the missing report which you have filed in 2007 has been lost. For further advice you may consult with all the documents for a better solution.

Make an application to SSP office and get your complaint registered. If any police official is not registering your complaint then make a complaint against him too. It does take time, energy and money but that is the only process.
