Kindly let me knownnThe advocate who helps in filing the private complaint in the magistrate court for her complainant by submitting their Vakalatnama CAN they leave the case on their own as per their wish after filing the complaint ?

Dear queriest as per your query you have mentioned that whether advocate who has filed valatnama on your behalf can leave the case as per his wish, yes he can do so if he is not willing to continue your case, for more information about the same kindly contact me.

They will have to Intimate you and the Court as well and also Handover all the Case Papers to you before leaving your Case. And yes they can leave your case if there has been a difference of opinion or Conflict of Interest

Well, if you will keep on paying fees to Advocate to run your case of Sec 156 (3) of CRPC on Hearings, then no one will run away by leaving the case in middle, might any sort of issue has erupted between you and your Advocate, I guess
