Filing Of Police Complaint And Criminal Case Under Section 156(3)

We three people have paid amount for buying house under construction linked scheme. The developer was suppose to hand over the flats in 3 years from the date of signing agreement . Now we three buyers wants to file one police complaint and there after wants to file complaint 15(3). Question . Can we file one police complaint and one criminal case when we have three agreement.
Yes you can get it registerd with police but it will not fall under 156(3), rather police will take that under sec155 cr.p.c
Yes one police complaint for 3 agreements can be registered and likewise a single case can be filed by all of them.

It is better to file three different FIR / police complaint ( and bcoz of recent supreme court judgement different transaction needs to be filed as different FIR). Three different FIR / police complaint will put more pressure on the builder/ person who is not fulfillig his promise according to agreement or who is not performing his part of contract.
one criminal case can be filed.
but i still insist on filing three different cases or police complaint as it will put more pressure on the builder or person and in order to get your property this will be helpful.

yes u can file single complaint jointly. one more thing u should do, u should first look at the agreement, does it contain arbitration clause. if it contains arbitration clause u have to file arbitration petition in high court.
