Filing of criminal case against me

Me and my husband have filed for divorce and the case in inprogress in the meantime he's file criminal case against me which am aware by some 3rd person he's filed IPC- 499 ,493, 496, 211, 420 and 425 I haven't received any notice so far but how do I prove that there no mistake from my end without hearing other side will I be punished? For making any mistake Please opine on this I don't want to spoil my future on his false allegations

1.first take the bail from the court for the criminal case 2. later you can approach the court and prove before the court by way of evidence. 3. you have to contest the case and prove before the court that your husband has filed the case with baseless allegations
