Builders has Many deficiency, Cheated to Customers, No CC, Amenities Constructed on Narmada Canal Without Obtaining NOC, Compensation Case 25 Crores in RERA. Collusion have a hand with main Committee Members to Settle the issue, Tempted Members also abeted in this Conspiracy. Should I File FIR or Civil / Criminal Case in the Court, pl guide me. Or may I File PIL in Highcourt as Society has 1012 Houses as members privilege involved in the Case.

ok I got your point now you have filled compliant before builder if not file so now first you can file compliant before rara authority and then after you have filled criminal compliant before police station so now give me all members details with evidence so I can red that then after I give you advice
