Filing complaint against blackmail

I was in a relationship and recently had a break up. My ex boyfriend does not trouble me in anyway and I am responsible for the breakup. When we were in relationship he once asked me"what would you do if I blackmail you with your photos?". He asked it for fun for sure 3 months ago. But shall I file a complaint for it now with a telephone recorded conversation?

hit by a police complaint and give in the previous years what is the remedy you need not to disturb from that person complaint is must and even if harassment is more than you go and file a case before the Civil Court not to disturb your personal life without due process of law

In this case, I would like to know now any are you getting call or message from your ex-boyfriend and further if your ex-boyfriend try any of the blackmailings or threatening all against law and you can give police complaint.
