Filing caveat for the stay order by complainant

In a pocso case, session court has ordered for DNA test but the complainant are going for stay order on that dna testing so that accused be in the jail for more time. Instead for coming to dna test they are filing for stay order. Can caveat be filed by accused?
as mantioned that your case is pending in the posco court and DNA test by the court the application for getting it done has been accepted by the accused but the said application being Appossed by the complinannt case and he can apply for stay in allahabad high court for this for it s prevention u will have to file a cabiat in allahabad high court for this i am giving the number of my elder brother pradeep kumar advocate who practicing in allahabad high court thanks
Yes you can file caveat in the High court under the rules of the high court. The caveat which you’ll file shall remain valid for 3 months. Incase they file an appeal/revision/482 crpc application in the high court against the order of the session court; no relief will be granted to them without Hearinf you
