Can i file a complaint directly in commissioner office instead of local station if someone is troubling me for money

1. first approach the police station, if they don't entertain the case 2. then go to the commissioner office for filing a complaint 3. directly you cannot go to the commissioner office for lodging the complaint

Yes you can file a complaint directly to the commissioner, but first try with the jurisdictional police station and than see, however you have the option of filing PCR before magistrate and also suit for injenction againt any person from trubling with you money, so all these options you have in law, provided you have legitimate reasons to resist the other person who is trubling you
