Hey there With my family pressure I filed a case against my husband saying he raped me which is he didn't actually.we got married in 2023 and due to my family pressure I filed case against my husband in 2024 september.

When u filed a case on your husband with your family pressure and now you go to police station and withdraw your case and tell them that it is settled between you and your husband,,,,, any further queries approach us we will help u

Filing a false rape case is a serious criminal offence and can lead to imprisonment under IPC for perjury and misuse of law. If the allegations are false, you must immediately approach the police or the Court and give a written statement or Affidavit for withdrawing your false complaint , admitting the truth . Otherwise, both you and your family may face legal consequences including Criminal prosecution.
