Filed an FIR under sec 307 but police is not taking any action

Hellofew people attacked me and police have registered FIR under 307 but police haven’t arrested anyone till now and its more than three months i had approched seniors not but nothing acttion taken by police what legal help can i get by court

You can also complain to nearest judicial magistrate, who will order the police to register the FIR if deemed necessary. Ensure that you get a receipt of your complaint being registered.
You can also....
Make a written complaint to the concerned state human rights commission or national human rights commission that the police are not doing their duty of enforcing the law or that are being negligent, baised or corrupt.
And most important...
You can file an online complaint/ FIR.

You did not describe your case all detIl nor the incident nor other charges leaved in fir so it's hard to suggest you , if SHO not taking any action you can aproch higher police official SP DGP regarding the same and describe entire story to them

File an application istly to SP for taking action if not taken any action by SP Than go to DSP for taking an action on you FIR ..... .

Dear Sir, Kindly keep all the documents regarding this case with yourself.All the complaints made to the police officers , your medico leagl report etc. If police is not taking any step and you know those persons who attacked you, then you can file criminal complaint in court against those persons.
