If the file of a POCSO case cannot be traced what could be the fate of the case
Hello,
It's rare that a Case record is lost during its pendency. If it's lost there are certain provisions in CRO which can be invoked to reconstruct the case record. It's totally not a lost case.

One option would be to move to High Court and dismiss the matter by Quashing the FIR. things are a little tricky though. one cant gurantee what will happen. kindly get in touch with S. S. Law Offices at
