Ghuma fira dena koi specific charge/offence nahin hai. Isliye jab tak Police ki or se koi badi laparwahi na sabit ho, Police walo ko koi punishment nahin mil sakta.
CM Helpline ne kuchh action liya, iska matlab ye nahin ki Police ki galti thi. Kai baar Police ki karyawahi thik se samajh na ane ke karan bhi logo ko lagta hai ki Police ghuma-fira rahi hai.
