File a complaint against my younger brother

My father is suffering form chronic liver disease since 3 years and I was living with him but now I moved to overseas for my masters and in between my younger took the responsibility to take care of my father with his wife, instead taking care of him, they are abusing him on daily basis and when he doesn't agree to give his monthly rent to my brother they both harass my father physically and slapped him as well him as well and there is no one to help him out from this situation.

Sir, in order to get an efficacious remedy and prompt action against your brother, I would suggest we file a case against him and his wife under the Senior Citizens Act. Not only will they be deterred but will be penalised as per law also. If you want, you may consult me in this regard.

If they are getting unnecessary harassment from your brother then they can anytime send a complaint regarding their grievances in writing to the police station according to their jurisdiction. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

File a legal complain/FIR, Police will take action against the same and court will take immediate action to restrict him as per your application. This is best what i can suggest as per your circumstances.

You can file a criminal case against him & his wife under various sections of BNS as per the facts on record and can get a affidavit in front of court regarding his future safety or else they will be prosecuted further
