Fight with the Restuarant Owner

My dad is working in a restaurant where he had a fist fight yesterday with the owner and today we came to know that he has registered a complaint by one of his colleague. What should we do now? What will be the consequences? My dad is injured near his neck and the mark is visible too.

Well, you Dad should also lodge a cross Police Complaint, so that, the other side shall come under pressure to negotiate the case with you, rather than, getting their Police Complaint turned into a FIR.

you file cross fir about your injured in the fight and get fir copie to know what section was imposed. and if its non-bailable offence is attracted. reached to session court for filing Anticipatory bail application.

please take medical cerificate of injury certificate from clinic. After receipt of Certifate file cross complaint again the owner in Near by Poilce Station. if police don't take complaint. you have to file Written complaint.

have you received any call from police station . if the complaint is registers then you should have to the mation section IPC . again you should have to the medical report government hospital . you also file the counter claim against that hotel owner .here you are not cleared Hotel owners injured or not .that is also the m a i n part . the hotel owner really serious aur he is admitted in the hospital the crime is really serious. what's the real circumference you are not mention here . but you can take anticipatory bail .
