Female Tenant threatening me to file molestation case what to do

I'm landlord and tenant is living in first floor and we are living ground floor . between us case is going on for eviction of my first floor tenant and herself a female and her two daughters there age are 40 ,35 .so they threatening me they file a molestation case on me. So how I can save myself from this false allegations.
Without wasting time,intimate police,then to SP of your town,keep proof of complaints,If police not receiving complain,send it by post.U can lodze FIR through e net.If police taking no action to your complaint,then direct file complain case in sub divisional judicial magistrate

First of all, may I know if there is any female adult member in your family. If yes, tell her to write an appication/complaint to the Manila Police Station. After the complaint is registered, ask for a copy of the said complaint which you will keep along with youself. By this you are at the safe side from the false allegations by your tenant. Further, most importantly you will have to file a suit for eviction in order to evict your tenant from your property. These two are the remedies for your prevailing circumstances. Hv u gone for agreement with her while giving her 4 rent.if no then file a criminal case showing them as intruder 4 house trespass . If yes then send her notice for eviction prior to 15 days of month end. Then file an eviction suit. Bt report their threatening issue in writing b4 police & women commissioner in advance 2 prove ur bonfide intentions.
