i want to know how much fees is charged by lawyer for pursuing case of 156/3 in Kolkata m
156(3) is file in court through magistrate when the police refuses then the magistrate orders the police to register the case as per accordingly the fees... may vary according to matter as under what sections is to be filled is it cognizant or not....
