Fear of being murdered, what to do

Hello, someone is going to attack me or even kill me. I know the person as he is searching for me. What legal action can be taken or can the police be informed about this in advance? I am so scared. What should I do

You must visit the police station immediately and inform the scenario to the Police and explain the theory of getting attack or killed by some one. Also inform if he has threatened you for this action? Your immediate action will survive you.

If your fear is real, don't wait. Lodge the police complaint immediately. Give names, addresses n
reasons for such apprehension. The Police will take necessary action. Later on after proper enquiry criminal case may be made out.

The police needs to be informed. Go the police station near your place or whereever you feel threatened. Show the proof or reasons of your being feeling that someone will attack or kill you and the police will take action

I would like to inform you that you have to go to the police immediately and file complaint and mentioned in detail about the reason and person and how he can attack on you and who are his associates. There is no other way. If police refused than you can approach to the Court.

Who wants to kill you ? And why?Are you in business or in job?How is your mental status?Do you have some depression problem?If no & your health is ok you can file a complaint against that person u/s 506 to police and also ask for the police protection
