Family dispute for property FIR with section 307,323,34,506

my uncle and aunt have done an FIR against me but it was a simple injury( He moved to the hospital within an hour with one cut on his face return). now the trial of the court started but i want to leave the city for a good job Is it possible to leave ??

As per the law you cannot move outside of court unless and untill get leave petition would be allowed by the trial court. In law you can take exemption for physical apperance. free then call for more legal assistance.
