Falsely implicated in FIR, have the CCTV footage to prove the same, AB

05-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My father's name has been falsely implicated in an FIR, we have the CCTV footage as the evidence that he wasn't present at the crime scene. Main accused has been arrested. In how much time we will get the anticipatory bail? Also, what's the process to teach the policemen and complainant a lesson for falsely implicating the name of my father? What will happen after we get anticipatory bail? Please elaborate

in such cases as yours, you should immediately write to the DCP concerned about the highhandedness of the police officer with all the evidences and proofs that you have with you. also file a petition under article 226 and 227of the constitution or section 482 CrPC to pray for quashing.
