Falsely dragged in adultery case from my subordinate

Sir , i am involving a adultery case which filed by my subordinate but that lady says that her husband forcefully do this and he also tell her to take videos and photos for money. He now filed case against me . Now what I do sir?

Hello sir , a adultery case can be filed by a husband against a person who commits physical relationship with his wife .. In proving adultery sexual relationship must be proved between the two .. What all videos and photos does he have??

Dear, Sir, First of all do not panic because this offence is bailable and triable by magistrate.If you have good case in your hand and proofs to prove your case then you should report to police that they are doing this for blackmailing and if police do not take action on your complain then you should file criminal complaint . But take action against that lady and her husband as soon as possible. This will be good defense in your case.

Very rare to hear that a husban is doing such thing. If u have proofs that you were never involved in such activities then you should move to high court for quashing the FIR. Otherwise it is a bailable offence and non-cognizable(without magistrate’s permission can’t be investigated). so you wil get bail simultaneously or the police may also give you bail. This offence is compoundable also. But the thing is law considers husband as a victim in adultery and wife is not punished. So lawyer’s main work will start at the time of trial.
