False SC/ST CasePolice Case Against My Dad

Hi.. i married to a girl belonging to SC category almost 10 yrs back. Her parent n brothrr didnt accept it and they continuously trying to implicate my family creating trouble n mental harassment and threatening to us. Recently her brother filed false SC/ST complaint against my parent. I want best possible solution from this forum.. also ee want to file counter complaint we have 10s of evidences against him e.g. threatful voice recording, written wattsapp messages to kill us etc etc. Also want to write to Bar Association to cancel his license. Can someone guide me here. Much appreciated.
on the above mentioned query please file immediately writ petition under 482 of the Indian Constitution for the quashing of FIR in the concern High Court on the basis of call recordings and other proofs for threatening .

under such circumstances you can move to high court challenging the complaint under criminal revision before the honrble high court and at the same time disclosing the fact of apprehension from the concerned person

it should be stay in high court for long period. It's not a big section . You filed a counter f.i.r. against him . There is no provision to bar association have power to cancel his lincense without any guilty
