False rape charge on the pretext of marriage, bail and FIR quashing

My husband has been falsely accused of rape on the pretext of marriage by a woman. Fact is they met just once. He did not like the woman and did not pursue the relationship further. The woman is a divorcee. She is 5 years older than my husband. FIR was filed in 2020. How can i prove him not guilty in this case ?

say in details about your case do you have the fir copy with you has the chargesheet been filed share the details what is your jurisdiction in which court is the case going on... and the status of the case mention...

kindly consult a lawyer with the copy of the fir and the complaint along with copies of the chargesheet and in case other papers relating to the prosecution investigation has been made over then those too. you can get the fir quashed if ground exist.

if and in all probability your husband didn't have a physical relationship with the woman you are safe. rather the woman needs to prove rape via medical examination. and since 2020 has any action been taken upon your husband? if not then it is just bad litigation and harassment for your family
