False rape case by brothers wife on my father

My elder brother's wife has filed false rape case on my eldest brother and my father. Her malicious intention is to drive my brother and father off the house by imposing false accusations and frequent mentally torture. What are the counter action that my brother and father(accused) should take against her.

First and foremost they have to take a bail from the Court, and then if you feel there is ample evidence in your favour you should try to challenge the Chargesheet of the case.
