False Rape Case

I got accquital in false rape case, I was minor that time, she was 48 year old lady falsely implicated me, my father and my uncle to get out property, please tell me all the legal action I can take against her? How can I file a criminal defamation(please specify the time line as it was in 2015 and now it is 2018) case? She spoiled my carrior what should I do? I also tried suicide once because I was in depression because of these case, all my head hairs fall because of tension I was very handsome but now I look so ugly? Now I am an anxiety patience! She spoiled my future present and entire life!
hello client as I have read Ur query it's very sad to know tht you have suffered a major and big allegations of rape against a lady of 48years against you and you fought it is. literally a brave person Ur I appreciate your patience .you do not worry now you out with tht allegations now Ur free now it's Ur turn to fight for the justice which you have got so late.and second thing is the person who is the person who allegated you is freely roaming outside now she should feel the the pennnence of filling a false case by the court of law yes you can do it and for sure she will.get punishment for this henious false act.

you have a legitimate claim if you want to go ahead with the matter. the girl/lady has falsely accused you and now that you are acquitted, you can take the matter forward and file case against her for malicious prosecution and other provisions of law
