You can send a legal notice demanding to fulfill the promise made for marriage, otherwise file a police complaint in local jurisdiction. Collect all the evidence of last 8 years of your relationship with him to produce before Police as well as to the Advocate to get a solution for you. Supreme Court of India recently observed in Deepak Gulati Vs State of Haryana stated that sex under false promise of marriage can be rape. Good Luck

Hi
you can file the case against the boy in the following sections Section 417, I.P.C. Sections 323, and 506, I.P.C.
Some times depending the facts even a rape case (section 376) can also be filed as courts have always held the way , consensual sex with a promise to marry, but later not keeping the promise amounts to Rape.
Hope this information is useful

you can file a case under section 376, 498a, 494, and also you claim compensation under domestic violence act and other cases you can file at your liberty and you can also implicate 419, 420 for cheating you
