My bf emotionally manipulate me nd had relationship with me when I tried to break up he threats me if I leave him he will commit sucide nd promise me to marry in any situation bt after physical contact he breaks up with on random reason nd denying to marry when I met his parents so they said after 5 yr he will marry they are lying I don't wanna marry him bt want justice can I file case against him does he get punishment of his crime ?
yes he will get punishment but for that to file a case you have to prove what has happened with you and also u need to have proper evidence that to prove that he made false promise to marry and now after being physical denying to marry you

If he would have promised you : He will marry and by relying on that promise & expressing to him again and again : Look, I am engaging in Sex with you, solely on this condition, that, you would marry me, otherwise I am going to file a Rape Case against you, then you will be justified in filing a Rape Case for intentionally raping you without the intention to marry.
