false promise to marry and rape case and also SC/ST

I dated a girl for 45 days and later we have our breakup now my ex is threatening that she will put me in jail by filing false promises to marriage and rape and SC/ST case. I have information that she had filed a similar case in the past as well so how to take out an FIR copy if I am not sure about the police station in which she has filed complaints and also about those cases which are quashed post-settlement by her?

Well, if you need a FIR Copy, either you can file a RTI in the concerned local Police Station where FIR has been lodged before the PIO or you can hire a lawyer, who can personally go in such Police Station and by filing a simple application or RTI, can seek the Certified Copy of the FIR for you.
