Was in relationship for 7 years and physical in which he conviced both parents he will marry...
Bt on feb he got engaged with some other girl which i got to knw aftr 15 days..
I ws convicing him to break dat engagement and marry me..
Bt he refused as he said we are not made for each other.
I filed case in which he got jc in sec 376 n & 417 now he got bail..
He is ready for fight in court bt nt to marry me as his family background is criminal and rich too.
What should i do further???
you can go agead and file a case for rape but should have sufficient evidence to prove such as message and photographs and the address where u both stayed together or did u check in together and everything and any mutual or know friend who was aware of the fact anf if police doesnt entertain then you can go to the court for it with the help of the evidences and copy of NC given by police

Well, you can't do much, as you engaged in consensual sex with him. Court cannot force your Ex to marry you. You have filed a Petition in Court that series of attempts were made on you to have sex with you by that Man & each time, you permitted him only on one condition that he would marry you & as now, he has broken his promise, then Court must book him under Sec 376 of IPC, right?
