False promise of marriage + sex+ verbal abuse

2017 I had got marriage proposal from Bharath matrimony site by doctor. Met once n spoke on call for about a week.he use to ask for more photos I was not comfortable so I dint continue his proposal. Again on May 2020 I got a msg from same person telling he is still waiting for me n convinced that he is guinely interested in me n seeing his future in me ....forced me to meet him atleast once .. according we met twice After few days I accepted his proposal n told in home, even he was happy about it. On June 15 he invited me to his residence by telling his friend marriage has been fixed he want to give invitation even his fiance is there. So I want to introduce you to them as lockdown is there further it's difficult to attend their marriage. By beleiving his words I went ....there I was raped .. from very nxt day he started to ignore me After one month I got to know he was already married just before 1 month before contacting me .Can I give rape complaint after 2 yrs due to my exam
