Hi, I need advise for a boy who had cheated on me ...he was married earlier but meet me as he is unmarried and keep telling me he is trying to convince his parents..So what I can do to file a case against him

Sure mam, file a FIR against him in your nearest police station for physical and mental harassment by way of cheating and putting false promises of marriage. In case he has made physical relation on fake promises then rape case can also be filed against him.
