If it is in Bangalore you write a complaint narrating all these and give a complaint against all of them with the Commissioner of Police , Infantry road Bangalore. I fthat also does not work, file a private complaint ( PCR ) with the Judge at Magistrate Court.

If a police officer does something wrong, you have 3 options for initiating legal proceedings against him. First you can write to senior polices, second you can file a complaint against him in the court of concerned Magistrate and third you can file writ petition in the High Court. Rest things depend upon the circumstances.
