False Police Complaint (Not FIR)

A False police complaint for fraud was filled against me by my client. I am visa consultant i taken a client for ukraim study visa. After all are documents were provided to him he refused to go for visa application center and now he filled fraud case that i took money from him but didnt not send him abroad.I have proof that i have given all necessary documents for his visa purpose. Now police pressurising me to return the college fees advance which were given to college as invitation and registration fees. What should i do .how can i handle that situation.

You also take all your proof of documents of visa of your client and submit it before the investigating officer of your case. Along with the documents as proof take a witness also who can testify the same (your statements) before the police.

You can file complaint before the concerned I.G or if the complainant is against the higher police officer then you can file complaint before home ministry or you can file a writ in the concerned High court.
