False offence filed on me and my whole family by opposite party and po

Hi, me and my whole family are charged with cognizable offence. We had a fight between neighbour in the year 2018. They were 3 men and 1 women who caused hurt. We were 4 women and at last I called my brother immediately after they started hitting us. My brother came in last minute. But police officers are charged us with sec 326 , 504 506 142 & 149. For them they charged sec 324,34 504 &506. My mother was 52 years then i was doing my college. We don't want to continue the case. As my mother is old and one of my sister committed suicide after a month of the incident. We are taking care of her daughter now. Could you please assist what actions we can take

okay I understand your questions so now you are thinking not continue the case for 324 326 case right so you have to compromise with the complainant orvcomplainanr not ready to compromise file it in high court quashing of FIRit is best option for you di you need any legal help contact me thank you

Dear Sir, Yiu should have filed quashing petition under section 482 of CRPC before High Court and get it quashed. Otherwise you should have filed discharged application before the trial Court before charges are framed. Now only options left to yiu is to compromise with the complaint and victims.
