False NCR against me by female

My neighbour an woman registered false NCR 323/504, woman statement written in NCR can be prove with evidence that it is false. All this done by a man who hv person dispute with me, the man shown as witness for this case. Current status: 155 (2) from district court, and police issue 41A to me. i have doubt on IO(police) who supposed oposite party for bribe. how to deal with this situation, what if OI submit wrong information ?????
