False Marriage Promise Advise need before going to police

Guy cheated me by false marriage. no sexual intercourse done but still he kissed and closed to me. he proposed last month back. But now when there parents seeing girl for her and when i asked he is saying i never loved you. But he guaranteed me every single day that he will marry me though our parents dont agree. i have call records and chats. could you please advise can my complaint will be accepted in police station as i was been cheated for 1 month. I am Muslim he is hindhu.
