your case attracts serious offences under criminal law , you can file cheating case and other cases on him for his acts and you have to act immediately with necessary evidence . otherwise it may difficult to proove your case .

u can file case against him for the criminal beech of trust and has for breech of trust against him if u have for criminal breach of contract and criminal breech of assault against him and u can file the case against him and can get legal private complain before the
