False Information To Court Under Oath

A lady filed an false 354 case against me in 2016 in response to a case against her, filed by me, earlier on that day under 323 341 452. Two of the three witnesses of that lady were found false on basis of their mobile location.and the third one accused the lady itself for falsely naming him as evidence. Based on these facts investigation officer made an F.R. in Adam vaku and aamdan jhooth. But it was not presented in court for next 5 months. New officer (later on) opened the case again on basis of application from that lady. He made the case against me on basis of affidavit of first witness whose mobile location was not found on site of crime. This witness wrote in affidavit that he was passing by near that site and saw the crime. But in court he said that he knew that the lady has came to my place( place of crime) so I also went there and saw the crime. My question is that whether he is punishable or not ,if yes, then under which sections
