False Fir u/s 420..judgement given

How to appeal in sessions court for the judgement given 3 years conviction under sec 420 . The whole case was falsely framed by showing evidence through a document ,Rs. 50 bond paper unregistered, which was given as empty some five years before for some other purpose..in which a huge amount of 35 lakhs was filled in three different dates after five years which is allegedly said as,parternership deed for a business but without the sign of the lender. Please help us to come out of this false case

From what you are saying I understand that your case has been poorly represented by your defence counsel. It's important to appeal within a month's time. Provision of law is Crpc 374. Feel free to contact me, I shall do my best. We may even ask for a retrial under 482 crpc in highcourt if your case was badly represented by the privious defence counsel.
