Sir MY MATERNAL UNCLE HAS TRIED SOMEONE TO MURDER.......AND THE FAMILY OF THE VICTIM FILES A FIR AGINST THE WHOLE FAMILY INCLUDING MY MOTHER AT THAT TIME.... SIR ITS BEEN 30 YEARS WE ARE STAYING IN DELHI .....THE CASE IS REGISTERED IN UTTAR PRADESH........NOW MY MATERNAL UNCLE BRIBE THE POLICE TO REVIEW ON THAT FIR AGAIN.........SIR THE MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY LIKE MY MOTHERS FATHER AND MOTHER HAS DIED WHO WERE A WITNESS THAT MY MOTHER WASNT INCLUDED ......WHAT SHOULD I DO?

They must have given their testimony on oath and in the court that your mother is not included in any of the murder matters. If your mother was also a accused in that matter she will be discharged with immediate effects.
