False FIR on me,buy my neighbour,And I want to simply close it

False fIR on me.ipc section -427,506,.ow police asking me to sign bailbond.which I don't want to sign.i want fiR to get close

you will have to sign the bail-bond as it is procedural law. then you have to appear before the Magistrate on the date of hearing. in the mean while, you can go to the high court and get the fir quashed.

Hi, incase you fin d that there is no merit in the case, then you may simply argue on charge and get the charges dropped or you may file a quashing petition before Hon'ble High Court and get the FIR quashed.
