False FIR on me & my wife in the COURT under 8 Dangerous sections.

My elder sister has filed false FIR against me & my wife in the COURT with the help of 2 PSI of our local Police Station. This is done in revenge of my FIR against her son with the help of live video

under what sections it is been filed? if it's false and you have proofs to prove that the allegations are false and motivated then you may approach high court for quashing ofFIR. You need to talk with an advocate.

Well..If it false you can file petition in the high court for quashing of FIR registered against you... collect all the supporting documents and file said petition as early as you can and before the filing of chargesheet by the police.

Well, I can get the FIR & associated Criminal Proceedings quashed against you by filing a case in Bombay High Court. Filing FIR on the basis of taking Revenge without commission of Cognizable Offence by the accused is a valid ground to quash the FIR & Criminal Proceedings.
