False FIR of Murder. What are my legal options

A false FIR of Murder has been filed against my relative few months back. It has been mentioned in the FIR that the accused has shot 2 bullets. Recently It came to our notice that the same person 5-6 years back also filed a false FIR against some other person exactly in the same manner. It seems that this person has inculcated this as a habit to file a false FIR against innocent people and harass them and ask for money. And to notice every time after being shot by bullet he comes alive out of hospital. After the whole investigation of police and the medical team it has been found by them that the whole case was false. And now police have submitted the complete report to the court. Now cases in court. Kindly suggest what should be our next step? Also In such false FIR cases what should one do and what procedure should be followed to punish such inhuman articles of the society?
यदि पुलिस ने विवेचना के पश्चात फाइनल रिपोर्ट आपके रिश्तेदार के पक्ष में लगाई है, तो चूंकि यह एक गंभीर मामला है, पुलिस ने निश्चित ही उन सभी बिन्दुओं पर भी रिपोर्ट तैयार की होगी, जो आपने इधर बतायीं हैं ।
यदि संबंधित न्यायालय इस रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार कर लेता है तो निश्चित ही न्यायालय उस व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध झूठा केस फाइल करने के अपराध में कार्यवाही करेगा ।
यदि न्यायालय कार्यवाही नहीं करता है तो आप संबंधित उच्च न्यायालय में इस संबंध में याचिका दायर कर सकते हैं ।
यदि संबंधित न्यायालय इस रिपोर्ट को स्वीकार कर लेता है तो निश्चित ही न्यायालय उस व्यक्ति के विरुद्ध झूठा केस फाइल करने के अपराध में कार्यवाही करेगा ।
यदि न्यायालय कार्यवाही नहीं करता है तो आप संबंधित उच्च न्यायालय में इस संबंध में याचिका दायर कर सकते हैं ।
