False FIR filed no chargesheet made, can we apply for govt. job?

Sir I want to ask that police has been registered a false FIR against me and my family member on the basis of false evidence given by my uncle to whom my land dispute case is going on.Now we are on the bail by the court but police does not file the chargesheet against us in the court and it has spend six month.Now I want to ask what should we do and will there any problem to get government job.plse solve my problem

File an Application before the concerned court that investigation is standstill and no progress is going on. If the court failed to give any positive order file an application before the high court for quashing of FIR .

when FIR once filed upto 90 days police will have to diary and chargsheet to the court for further proceeding.alreay you have taken all of you baial but upto disposal of your case you can nt take job anwhere due to police verification.
