False FIR by Bureau of Immigration.

Immigration officers file a FIR IPC 420 /120B and 14F against me and 3 airport staff for helping crew to get clear without immigration procedure. Even I am not on duty that time how can they just file wrong case against me. Flight operated in September 2017 and FIR make on 08 June but still no inquiry from anyone. Our company says goodbye to all of us by giving this statement that you all are involved in case so you can't work in airport. Due to this we face very heavy financial burden. Can someone advice what to do as financial conditions is not good nowadays.
Hi first of all see that what documents were u been charged with what are the basic allegations basically it is a false case where they have not seen U but they have made u a accused why was the fir done so late what are the details and all

If you were not on the duty on that particular day it is very easy to get bail, from the court after that approach to your company with bail order and show yourself bonafide that it is not your involvement in this case but you are falsely implicated. And overall your job agreement it may be mentioned that in which situation you may be fire, if they fire you beyond this situation a legal notice send through your lawyer after that file a case against him.
